The upgrade consists of high-quality, robust components that are precisely matched to the standard gearshift of the E36 and is rounded off by our gearshift extension with an interchangeable gear knob .
Short-throw shifters minimize the distance the shift lever has to travel to engage the next gear without compromising gear selection or functionality. This provides improved feedback and more control with every shift.

A major advantage over shifters that are permanently mounted on the transmission tunnel is that no rigid engine/transmission mount is required, as our solution compensates for the movement of the drivetrain and thus works very precisely even in extreme driving situations.
