E36 front splitter – maximum aerodynamics & motorsport performance

Our front splitter for the BMW E36 was fully CAD-designed and CNC-machined with the highest precision to ensure maximum aerodynamic efficiency and stability. The entire system is designed for the highest stresses in track and performance applications, combining low weight with maximum rigidity.

The front splitter and bumper extension are made of high-quality prepreg carbon fiber, which is used in motorsport due to its low weight and extreme rigidity. The structure is complemented by an aluminum reinforcement cross, which is 1 kg lighter than the original convertible cross. The underbody is closed off with a 2 mm thick aluminum sheet. This closed underbody not only smooths the airflow under the vehicle, but also effectively reduces drag from the front splitter.

Particularly impressive is the demonstrable improvement in vehicle stability at high speeds. At 200 km/h, the front splitter generates 196 kg of downforce, as determined by downforce measurement. That's approximately 110 kg more downforce than the original GT splitter. This results in more precise steering response, increased grip at the front axle, and overall improved handling. In combination with our rear wing, the aero package even generates a total downforce of around 370 kg at 200 km/h.

Installation is carried out exclusively on our premises to ensure optimal fit and perfect assembly. Naturally, we can also arrange TÜV certification directly.
